Sukriti + Prashant

Prashant and Sukriti  dated each other for 7 years before getting engaged. Prashant is a pilot and Sukriti works with a corporate as an HR. “When the world is about to come to its end, I’ll have my pilot to fly me away” says Sukriti. Here are a few words by Sukriti about how it all took place: Together, in so many years we have seen a lot of ups and down and struggles, we have also celebrated each other’s success, we have cried, fought, loved and laughed together. We found perfection in our little imperfections. Together we complete each other. On 26th October 2014, On the Bombay Sea Link, along with our closest friends, Prashant told me to get out on the sea link and light a sparkle, while  I was doing it, he went down on his knees and said to me “Complete my life and marry me”. It was the most overwhelming experience of my life. The most beautiful hug, one of the happiest moment of our lives. Our families met, started deciding the details about marriage, we were asked where do you want get married, we said Kasol, everyone laughed and we moved on. We were asked to see all the venues in and around Delhi, every Sunday we went to see these venues, everything we saw ...

Munmun + Akshit

Akshit and Munmun-the moment you interact with these guys you realise what a powerhouse together they are. Akshit is mostly silent and has been  my support system for some of the major shoots that I have executed. On the other hand Munmun is a girl full of life and jokes (trust me she got a joke for every situation). Together these two form a great pair. A few words by Akshit on how he felt about all of it. So, the story goes like this  Munmun and I met on an online dating site and kept on dating  till one year, none of us proposed , it was mutual understanding between us and we continued to stay together for 5 more years after our first meeting. This journey was full of love and fights , loads of laughs and giggles. I am an architect and Munmun is an artist , the reason of this long relation was our creative minds that attract and hold us together each and every single time when we indulge in a conversation. It is just like she catches my thoughts even before I speak. The connection is strong between us two and it has just grown stronger with the passage of time. Our cultures are really different , so the rituals doubled when it came to our wedding. However our wedding ...

Ineet + Ankit

Ineet and Ankit dated for more than 5 years. Both of them belong to the hospitality Sector and are filled with warmth. They have a taste for art and were the key elements for making the session possible. Here is the wedding story in the words of Ankit. Like most others, ours was a chance meeting too; we worked at the same place while we were still in college. Young, tender hearts, waiting to fall in love... And, we did!! Nothing too dramatic about it though.. Met, became friends, attraction grew and BAMM!!  Although it's nearly impossible to define Love, We guess it means different things to different people. To us, it just felt right to be with each other... They say Love is tested through years and years that go by and so was ours. We grew closer, and we grew apart, sometimes all at once. Our relationship was tested through good times, bad times, ok times... Sometimes  through thousands of kilometres of distance between us. Safe to say though (at the cost of being corny) Love conquered all ! Luckily, with our parent’s approval and support, the decision to wed was nothing short of a cake-walk. The real challenge lay ahead though, if only you could imagine the complexity ...

Arzoo + Arjan

As put up by Arzoo: Firstly, Special thanks to our parent for tolerating our nonsense and supporting us and letting us do this! Arjan and I met in an architecture college around 8 years back and introduced ourselves with a good fight, but as it is said the first fights generally lead to a good friendship and a good friendship can lead to an amazing love story and the same happened to us. As we both are architects, our love life was always surrounded by beams, columns, building, and work that it was hard for people around us to understand the love we shared especially our parents. Never was there a pompous proposal nor a surprise announcement of love for each other, but a mutual understanding of feeling we had for each other. But as “students” in college we always kept our priorities straight i.e. family and our education and thus we saw a lot of ups and down and struggles, we have also celebrated each other success, we have cried, fought, and laughed together. Together we complete each other. After college, we decided to go separate ways in our life but our destiny brought us together again and we began our practice together. After that we started meeting frequently ...

Shruti + Anupam

Shruti & Anupam from Boston have been together for almost 9 years. Full of love for each other ,witnessing these two and their union was an experience in itself. Both of them are so welcoming and down to earth that you never  feel you are out of your comfort zone. This is perhaps the first couple I befriended very fast. While discussing with them what’s in my mind and what kind of shots am I planning we got to know that we guys were on the same page. Sunny days and chilly nights welcome November. This amazing pair planned a beautiful wedding in Jaipur, Rajasthan where they tied the knot in a traditional Rajasthani way. All the three days the wedding was full of different celebrations throughout tunes, dances and what not. The energy was fascinating where you have no option but to let it sink in. Always squeezing time from their super busy schedule for some good photographs during the wedding they did a lot of good efforts to make sure they carry some beautiful photographs back to Boston. I remember both of them saying “ We don’t get to see such forts and palaces back there and we just want it to be depicted in a very different yet spectacular fashion”. Power to you guys f ...

Ankita + Vineet

Vineet and I met in February of 2015. It was love at first site and we were instantly sure of each other after our first Date. Within a matter of 3 months we got engaged. The reason for such surety was the patience and trust we built from Day 1. Through crazy times and fun moments, we have seen it all coming together beautifully for us. 27th December, 2015 was the date for our wedding. We started planning everything from the venue to the clothes to the photographer (This took the maximum time, but all worth it at the end). It was a dream come true for us to get married in Jaipur. Unplanned it became a destination wedding for the bride's side of the family as Vineet hailed from Jaipur itself and what better than to get married in Jaipur. It was the perfect winter and under the shining sun, we had a blast of our life from the 25th to 27th December, the dates on which all are functions were held. Not a single moment went by when we didn't live it up fully, not a single person went home not asking for more. By the blessing of the almighty, the marriage went as planned and better. These six months have been amazing and we hope for plenty more !
